Adriene's ESL Corner

Now that you know what to expect from this ESL class, here is some information on me!

Biography

I am a graduate of Illinois State University where I received a bachelor's degree in English Education as my major and a minor in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).  During my college career I was recognized as an Illinois State athlete by being a member of the ISU cheerleading team for four years.  I am from a suburb on the south side of Chicago called LaGrange, but spend as much time in the city as possible!  Other than cheerleading, my favorite activities include watching the Chicago White Sox in the summer, the Chicago Blackhawks in the winter, and going on long runs whenever possible.  I spend most of my free time with my friends, family, or playing with my wonderful dog Bleu.  Hope you enjoyed learning a little about me and are excited for the following school year!
